When can I pickup my bows?

Free Local Pickup Hours are Monday- Saturday 10am-4pm. Once you receive your confirmation email reply with a date and time so I can have your bows ready!

Do you offer free shipping?

YES! Orders +$35 are eligible for free shipping.

What types of payment do you take?

We take Credit/Debit cards. Local Orders can choose Cash on Pickup, Card or Venmo.

When will you ship my bows?

All Shipped order will be mailed in 1-3 business days.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! Have a favorite sports team? Disney Trip? Special occasion? Email me at Kelly@grayandjamesco.com for any custom order requests. Turnaround time for a Custom Order is 3-4 days.
